Seller commented that there was some highlighting, book had way more than expected. I paid 3.99 for shipping and handling and seller paided the cheapest mode of shipping causing book to take 9 days to ship from Wash St to Okla then pocketed the remainder,no refund. If true value would of been spent book may of showed up earlier or atleast had tracking to confrim senders obligation was meet,this wasn't done.

Easy to understand! Used it in a Leadership Communication class but plan on keeping it!

Item was never sent, and notification of non-fulfillment was not received until I inquired on the last day of the receipt window. Very dissatisfied, as this was a book for a class and I went through most of the class without it.

I got this book because I had to for a class I am taking. Overall not a bad book, very interesting but still a text book.
LEADERSHIP: THEORY AND PRACTICE Sep 02, 2009
This book was easy to read. Peter Northhouse included lots of approaches and theories that were beneficial in my quest to become a better leader.
