5Essential for a personal business library  Jun 28, 2008 By Management Consultant
This book is essential for any business library. As a consultant I often use this book as a reference before starting a new engagement. The material is current and the toolkits provide useful tips for making a project run smoothly both within my team and with while interfacing with the client. The layout of the book allows for easy navigation a quick refreshers.

5Excellent Book  May 09, 2012 By Tom B
The book is well written and easy to read. We used it in class and I found the examples to be really relevant and I felt like i actually learned something to DO rather than just a bunch of disconnected theories. For me, this book is a keeper - I am sure i will refer to it for my job often.

2Highlighting  Jan 23, 2012 By Tex
TOO MUCH HIGHLIGHTING! The whole book was covered in highlighted lines. It was difficult to read through without being distracted.

3Decent OB book  Jun 17, 2011 By cacrank
I purchased this book for the Organizational Behavior class that I had to take for my MBA. It is well written and does a good job at explaining the theories behind Organizational Behavior. The only thing I didn't like was my professor used the author's chapter quiz questions which were very bad, in my opinion. They weren't direct and it was difficult to do well on the quizzes because the last of information in the question or the lack of connection to the reading material. In terms of just the book, it's a good read.
